Cunit Garden

Garden renovation in a second home for occasional use.

In this case, we renewed the floor of the tiled terrace, replaced a badly deteriorated wooden deck and a pergola and built them from scratch custom made and with better materials.

We built the platform using technological wood, which doesn't require any maintenance. And the pergola, very sturdy, made of natural wood with a fixed cover.

We also built a masonry planter using natural stone and an integrated wooden bench that separates the two main areas, the terrace area with the pergola and an area with ​​domestically manufactured artificial grass.

We created a nice corner building some planters made with organic wood crossbars where we planted a group of palm trees from the Trachycarpus Fortunei species.

In the rest of the garden, we planted other very resistant palm trees and plants adapted to our climate, such as margallon or cyca, all of them evergreen and low-maintenance. The plants selected are medium-growing species that adapt well to the size of the garden and will not cause overgrowth problems in the future.

We kept some existing plants in the garden such as climbing ivy and bougainvillea.
